- Controller and supervises of State Protocol
- Responsible of guarding the Sultan
- Responsible of safeguarding of sea routes
- Responsible of defence of the safe
- Responsible of the protection of Bendahara (Prime Minister) during judicial hearing
- Required to act as envoy in diplomat
- Responsible for the safety of foreign dignitaries
